You agree to pay the appropriate licensing fee for such usage. The Licensee agrees to a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub licensable, right to reprint the contracted content in no way other than as specified in the “Licensed Uses and Associated Fees” section. An agreement renewal is required to continue to use the licensed content after the expiration date.
